Despite massacres and deportations in 1937\/38, the community preserved its identity and continues to cultivate it today in exile. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_blurb_1 et_pb_blurb et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_blurb_position_top et_clickable et_pb_module et_block_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_blurb_content\"><div class=\"et_pb_main_blurb_image et_animated\"><span class=\"et_pb_image_wrap\"><span class=\"et-pb-icon\">\uf518<\/span><\/span><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_blurb_container\"><h4 class=\"et_pb_module_header\">Literature<\/h4><div class=\"et_pb_blurb_description\"><p>The site presents book covers and title motifs on literature about Dersim, including works such as Dersim's Voice - The Children of 1938, texts in Zazaki, collections of poems or proverbs, language manuals and media reflections (e.g. \"Bas\u0131nda Dersim\")<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_column_2 et_pb_column et_pb_column_1_3 et_block_column et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough\"><div class=\"et_pb_blurb_2 et_pb_blurb et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_blurb_position_top et_clickable et_pb_module et_block_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_blurb_content\"><div class=\"et_pb_main_blurb_image et_animated\"><span class=\"et_pb_image_wrap\"><span class=\"et-pb-icon\">\uf7e4<\/span><\/span><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_blurb_container\"><h4 class=\"et_pb_module_header\">Tertele<\/h4><div class=\"et_pb_blurb_description\"><p>Tertele refers to the massacre of 1937\/38 in Dersim, in which tens of thousands of people were killed, deported or forcibly assimilated.
