They live mainly in Germany and in the countries of Holland, France, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden and Great Britain. In order to show solidarity with Dersimers at home, the Dersimers have founded several initiatives, communities and associations in Europe. On the one hand, these associations do solidarity work, on the other hand, they keep their culture and identities alive in European countries through cultural activities.  <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The people of Dersim wish to live together peacefully in Europe and in their homeland on the basis of human rights and democracy.
